Brendan is an architect, urbanist, and real estate professional with a decade of experience designing multifamily housing and shaping spaces both rural and urban. With expertise gained at NAVA, a design-forward New York City architect-developer, and as the Director of Architecture at Utile, Boston's renowned interdisciplinary design and planning firm, Brendan bridges the precision of design with the human-centered dynamics of urban life. A recent graduate of Harvard's Master in Real Estate program, he has honed the financial and strategic insights that drive transformative urban development. His recent experience includes shaping the vision for Harvard’s Enterprise Research Campus and leading the charge on planning projects that integrate innovative ideas with thoughtful and soulful design.

A native Vermonter who is at home exploring trails, waterways, and back roads, Brendan approaches projects with a blend of curiosity and creativity. Whether tackling the challenges of housing affordability or envisioning vibrant, sustainable urban spaces, his goal is to craft environments that are as meaningful as they are successful.
