Brendan is an architect, urbanist, and real estate professional with a decade of experience designing multifamily housing and shaping spaces both rural and urban. With expertise gained at NAVA, a design-forward New York City architect-developer, and at Utile, Boston's highly-awarded interdisciplinary design and planning firm, Brendan bridges the particulars of good design with a respect for the human-centered dynamics of urban life. A recent graduate of Harvard's Master in Real Estate program, he has developed an understanding of the financial and strategic insights that drive transformative urban development.
A native Vermonter who spends his free time exploring trails, waterways, and back roads, Brendan approaches projects with a blend of curiosity and creativity. Whether tackling the challenges of housing affordability or envisioning vibrant, sustainable urban spaces, his goal is to craft environments that are as meaningful as they are successful. Brendan is actively looking for opportunities to contribute to projects that transform how we live and create community.
